 $55 per person  (includes OJ Mimosa's, Bloody Mary's and wine)

Six Entree choices

Back Creek Inn Crab Quiche - Swiss cheese, onions & fresh herbs, accompanied by a field greens salad

Smoke Fish Platter - Smoked salmon & trout served with slices of tomato & cucumber, a bagel, and cream cheese

Eggs Benedict - the original of grilled Canadian bacon & poached eggs on a toasted English muffin with
hollandaise sauce, accompanied by home fries

Mediterranean Omelet (Vegetarian, Gluten-Free) - Artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, Charlottetown Farm
goat's milk feta cheese, Kalamata olives, spinach, home fries

Strawberry Creme Brulee-Dipped French Toast - Challah, honey-cream cheese filling, vanilla bean-infused strawberry compote

Veggie-Fu Scrabble (Vegan, Gluten-Free) - Tofu scramble (organic tofu, veggies) salsa fresca, home fries.
